Fine Art School Photography

I aim to provide schools and families with a personalized, custom experience. To ensure I am able to maintain professional, and exceptional customer service, I choose a handful of select schools each year to work with.

My work is inspired by my own children, in that, I've learned that the most beautiful portraits are ones that capture the essence of that child. Genuine interaction, keeping the atmosphere light and friendly, and never forcing smiles or awkward poses, are key in creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere to bring out those personalities naturally.

Offered Services

My main goal is make this experience as easy and user friendly as possible. Everything is completely online.

​

Gallery links are sent to the families where they are able to choose which photo(s) they want to order. Each child has their own password protected gallery. Each child is provided 3+ poses in both color and black and white.

 

Unlike "traditional" school photos, the family chooses which images they want printed. Where they also have the option to buy boutique items such as, canvas gallery wraps and digital images, for future archiving or printing for cards and novelty items, etc.

Parents can even choose yearbook photos as well!

All prints are ordered online and delivered directly to the parent.

​

All equipment and personnel that is needed for photo day is provided for by Sarah Taylor Studios.

​

The school receives all high resolution digital images to use for any and all school material.

​

Any questions about ordering and products are handled by me.

​

Digital staff photos are provided for staff members.

​

If a school has any custom needs or requests, I am more than happy to accommodate.

Accommodations

I am able to provide my services to schools as small as 20 and as large as 600 at this time. I work with children from the ages of 1 to 18. And also offer my services to daycares and pre-schools as well.

Expense

My rates are very competitive to corporate photography operations. Nothing is due up front, and all profit is made through orders. A variety of collections are available to choose from with the option to add a-la-carte items as well, to fit everyone's needs.

Scheduling

I provide my services all during the academic year. I work with each school to schedule when would be the best time for them.

​
