The 2021 fire season, all over the country was crazy and most times quite annoying.
Surprisingly, this early August session was all smoke and haze from the CA fires blowing up into a cold and wet CO.
Sunrise sessions have been some of my favorite sessions to date and this one did not disappoint.
It really was a juxtaposition of elements.
I shot this mostly on my Sigma 35mm, some with a Tiffen black pro-mist filter, which added to that glowy dreamy look. And played for a bit with my Lensbaby Trio 28mm, below you can see a couple with the effects used.

And we ended our session in the woods with all the nakie baby snuggles a mom soaks up in her last weeks of pregnancy.
